Certiblok S.r.l. is an Italian company headquartered in Trento, within the Trentino Sviluppo innovation ecosystem. We develop a secure document management platform to support compliance, used by companies and professional firms to keep files, certificates, and technical sheets traceable, updated, and ready for an audit.
Where Certiblok began
Certiblok was founded in 2021 based on an observation made in the field, over years of working with document management and company certifications: in companies operating under stringent regulations, the problem isn't archiving documents. It’s proving that the right ones reached the right people, in the right version, at the right time.
This question always comes up at the same moment: during an inspection visit, after an incident, or when a client requests the updated revision of a data sheet. And no tool on the market provided a simple answer. So, we built our own.
That's why every module was created around a real document obligation — Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, REACH safety data sheets, NIS2, GDPR, DORA — and not around a feature from a price list.
What we’ve built
Today, the platform brings together six modules in a single certified environment: DRM® & Archive, QRcube®, VaultCube®, Sharing, SDS Manager, and Audit Room. Each module also functions independently: you can start with the problem you have now without adopting everything else.
Underneath, the architecture is the same for all. Every document is encrypted with AES-256 and fragmented across a decentralized storage infrastructure, contractually bound to nodes located in the European Union. No node holds a complete copy of the file, and no fragment is readable: encryption keys remain within the Certiblok perimeter and never leave. Each version is stored with its history and a trace of who received it. It’s the difference between an archive and evidence.

The person who responds to a request is the same person who designed that function or brings it to customers every day. There is no filtered support level.
We always start with a real document
Not with a standard demo: a manual, a safety data sheet, an upcoming audit. We upload it to the platform with you, and you see the result for your specific case before deciding.
We also say what we don't do
If a feature doesn't exist, we say so on the call. We'd rather lose a deal than manage a false expectation at the first renewal.
We read the regulations first
We come from diverse backgrounds — software development, certifications, factory sales, administration — and we've learned to speak the language of whoever is in front of us, whether it's a quality manager, a technical department, or an owner who needs to sign a declaration of conformity. When a rule changes, the answer is already ready.

Certiblok is ISO/IEC 27001:2024 certified, obtained in 2025 and issued by Dasa-Rägister S.p.A. - certificate no. IIS-1125-01. The certification doesn't just cover the company: it covers the platform where your documents are stored. It’s a verifiable guarantee on how we safeguard them, not a statement of intent.
Data stays in the European Union. By contract, not by policy.
Document storage is subject to an explicit contractual European geofencing clause: fragments cannot reside on nodes outside the EU. This is not a modifiable setting or a statement of intent — it's a written condition, assessed within our ISO/IEC 27001:2024 certified information security management system.
Your documents remain yours
At any time, you can export your entire archive, including versions and history, out of Certiblok. We don't create lock-ins: if you switch tools tomorrow, your document history follows you.
