How is document sharing handled?
Sharing is 1:1 between sender and recipient, without going through third-party systems: there is no intermediate server handling the transfer and no third party — including AI systems — can read the content.
Does the recipient need to create an account?
No. You can send documents to customers, suppliers, certification bodies and consultants without them registering a full account: they get access only to the documents you chose to share.
Can I revoke access to a document I already sent?
No. As with an email attachment, once sent it is not technically possible to revoke access to that document; however, you can stop update notifications so the recipient is no longer alerted when new versions are released.
How do I prove a document was sent?
Every share is tracked: the platform records who received the document, which version and when it was opened — evidence you can use in audits, inspections and disputes.
