Which areas make up the Certiblok platform?
Certiblok is organised into six areas: DRM® & Archive for secure document storage, QRcube® for fast access via QR code, VaultCube® for intelligent document backup, Sharing for secure delivery with opening and read confirmation, SDS Manager for safety data sheets, and Audit Room for audits and certifications.
How does Certiblok guarantee document integrity?
Integrity is protected by the decentralised cloud: files are encrypted and sharded, each edit creates a new version, and previous versions remain accessible.
Can I share documents with people outside my company?
Yes. Sharing lets you send documents to customers, suppliers, certification bodies and consultants directly, with opening and read confirmation, without going through email or external file transfer services: no third party — including AI systems — can read the content. You can set permissions and expiry dates and track every access, without requiring the recipient to create a full account.
What is the Audit Room?
The Audit Room is a dedicated space where you collect and make available to the auditor all documentation required for an audit or certification, with access control and full traceability of every consultation.
Is SDS Manager only for chemical companies?
No. SDS Manager handles safety data sheets for any company that uses or distributes substances and mixtures: chemical manufacturing, but also food, pharmaceutical, plant maintenance and technical services.
Can Certiblok be used without installing software?
Yes. Certiblok is a web application: it runs in the browser on desktop and mobile, with no local installation and no dedicated infrastructure to manage.
