What is Certiblok?
Certiblok is a document management platform for compliance: it stores and shares company documents on a decentralised cloud: each file is encrypted with AES-256, split into 80 shards and retained with all its versions.
How long does it take to get started with Certiblok?
Initial setup takes less than 30 minutes: you activate the account, upload your first documents and invite colleagues or external parties. There is no software to install and no need to migrate your whole archive before starting.
Are documents secure, with the platform in support of the GDPR?
Yes. Documents are encrypted and distributed across nodes located in the European Union for European customers. Certiblok S.r.l. operates an information security management system certified to UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 27001, processes data under the GDPR and provides traceability and logs useful as evidence.
Can I share documents with customers, suppliers or certification bodies?
Yes. Sharing is direct between sender and recipient, with opening and read confirmation: for every share the platform records who opened the document, with date and time, without relying on email or external file transfer services.
